At Amana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart parcel box. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please Note:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been installed, drilled, or cemented into the ground cannot be returned.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure your return is approved, please ensure the following:
- The product is in its original packaging with all protective foam and materials.
- The product includes all accessories (keys, mounting screws, batteries, manual).
- The product has no visible scratches, dents, or signs of installation.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every unit before it leaves our warehouse. However, if your Amana Box arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Please inspect the box immediately upon delivery.
- If you notice damage, take photos of the box and the damage instantly.
- Contact us at support@amanabox.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
For defective items (e.g., the lock mechanism is not working), please refer to our Warranty Policy or contact support for troubleshooting.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Because the Amana Parcel Box is a heavy item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will verify that the item is in original condition (not installed/used).
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@amanabox.co.
