Returns Policy

You may return new, uninstalled Amana Parcel Boxes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return logistics cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective unit, etc.).

If you have already scheduled an installation appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance to process a return. Once a unit has been anchored and installed by our technicians, returns are subject to approval and may incur a de-installation fee unless the product is defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the return pickup, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the heavy unit back (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect the return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Alternatively, contact our support team to arrange a pickup.

Delivery & Installation (Supply & Apply)

At Amana, we provide a complete "Supply and Apply" service. We deliver the unit to your location and our certified technicians professionally install it.

Cost: Shipping and Professional Installation are FREE and included in the product price. There are no hidden fees for heavy freight or labor.

Timeline: When you place an order, the total estimated turnaround time is approximately 7 Business Days. This window allows us to process your order, route the heavy unit to your local team, and coordinate a convenient installation time slot with you.

Scheduling: Within 48 hours of your purchase, our support team will contact you to schedule your installation appointment. Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is present at the property during the scheduled slot.
